A seasoned banker-turned-serial entrepreneur with over three decades of rich experience in financial services, has an exceptional track record of building and scaling large, successful businesses from the ground up.

Ashish began his career with marquee institutions such as ICICI Bank, GE Commercial Finance, and DCB Bank, where he honed his expertise across retail banking, commercial finance, risk management, and business leadership.

In 2008, he co-founded Fusion Microfinance (now Fusion Finance Ltd), one of India’s fastest-growing microfinance institutions, which he helped transform into a multi-thousand-crore AUM and a pan-India presence. In 2017, he co-founded Altum Credo Home Finance, a tech-enabled affordable housing finance company that has rapidly emerged as a trusted name in the sector, serving the underserved and semi-urban housing finance segment.

Currently, he is crafting Archbridge Capital, a new-age technology-enabled financial services platform designed to bridge aspiration and achievement for the next generation of Indian small and micro entrepreneurs.
Known for his sharp strategic vision, hands-on execution style, and ability to build high-performance teams, Ashish Tewari continues to shape the future of Archbridge Capital with the same passion and rigour that have defined his remarkable journey.

Chander Parkash Bhardwaj, Founder Director and Chief Risk Officer of Archbridge Capital Private Limited, bringing over 3 decades of leadership experience in risk and credit management within the banking and financial services sector. Having held senior roles at prominent institutions such as ICICI Bank, Aditya Birla Finance, IndusInd Bank, and Reliance Commercial Finance, he possesses deep expertise in credit underwriting, portfolio risk management, and credit policy development across multiple segments, including retail, SME, infrastructure, mortgages, and corporate lending.

His leadership has been instrumental in building robust credit frameworks and compliance systems, driving operational excellence and regulatory adherence.

In 2011, Mr. Bhardwaj co-founded Infrastructure Advisors Private Limited (IAPL) and IAPL KW Capital Advisors LLP, boutique firms specializing in infrastructure investment banking and advisory. Under his stewardship, IAPL has established strategic partnerships with leading government agencies like NHAI, MoRTH, NHIDCL, and various state development corporations. The firm is widely recognized as a top-tier project finance consultant globally and in the Asia-Pacific region, as ranked by Dealogic. IAPL excels in M&A advisory, capital raising, financial modelling, and strategic consulting, delivering comprehensive, long-term solutions that support infrastructure growth and development.

Vikas Bansal is a seasoned credit and risk management leader with over 25 years of experience in financial services, including Kotak Mahindra Bank, Tata Capital, and Moneyboxx Finance Ltd. He specialises in MSME lending, credit underwriting, portfolio risk assessment, and digital lending innovation.

As Chief Risk Officer at Moneyboxx Finance Ltd (Feb 2022–Apr 2025), Vikas led technology-driven underwriting, AI-powered risk analytics, and scalable digital lending initiatives tailored to serve micro and small enterprises in Tier-III towns and rural areas. His leadership strengthened Moneyboxx’s robust, cost-efficient credit risk framework and operational excellence.

Prior to this, he spent more than 14 years at Tata Capital as National Credit Manager for Emerging Business and Digital Lending, where he built high-quality portfolios across supply chain finance, equipment finance, and mid-market segments. His expertise spans strategic credit underwriting, dynamic risk assessment, portfolio management, and digital transformation in the retail and MSME sectors.

Vikas is an advocate for leveraging technology, data analytics, and innovative risk management to unlock the potential of India’s MSME sector, a key driver of the nation’s economy. Vikas combines deep industry insight with strategic vision to drive sustainable growth and innovation in financial services.

Mr. Ankush Ahluwalia joins us as COO, bringing with him a distinguished career marked by strategic depth, people-centric leadership, and consistent business impact.

A seasoned leader in Business Operations and People Management, Ankush has worked with organisations of high repute such as GE Capital, Kotak Mahindra, Religare, and Magma Fincorp Limited. Most recently, he was serving as CBO – MFI with Fusion, where he played a critical role in driving scale, strengthening systems, and building high-performing teams.

Ankush holds a Master’s in Business Economics from Kurukshetra University, and was specially selected for the prestigious Strategic Leadership in Inclusive Finance program at Harvard Business School, USA a testament to his sharp strategic thinking and global outlook on inclusive growth.

Known for his collaborative leadership style and belief in teamwork, Ankush is widely respected for building strong partnerships and nurturing long-term relationships. Outside of work, he is deeply fond of travelling and exploring historical and mythological places, values human connections, and believes in cherishing relationships. A sports lover with a strong focus on fitness and well-being, he truly leads by example.

Saurabh Srivastava is the Head of Product and Strategy, working at the intersection of risk, distribution, and technology to build scalable lending ecosystems. His expertise encompasses credit underwriting, risk analytics, and the design of structured loan products across various market segments.

With a background in entrepreneurship, Saurabh has hands-on experience in technology and distribution, successfully building and scaling partner-led models while navigating the operational challenges of last-mile execution.

Over the past 25 years, he has held significant risk and credit roles at several esteemed institutions, including Sundaram Finance, ICICI Bank, ABN AMRO Bank NV, The Royal Bank of Scotland, and Liv-Fin.

Currently, Saurabh is focused on developing an AI-enabled digital distribution model in which local partners serve as a trusted access layer for financial and non-financial products. This approach effectively combines scalable reach with robust risk management and governance frameworks.
