innovation.
As Chief Risk Officer at Moneyboxx Finance Ltd (Feb 2022–Apr 2025),
Vikas led technology-driven underwriting, AI-powered risk analytics, and
scalable digital lending initiatives tailored to serve micro and small
enterprises in Tier-III towns and rural areas. His leadership strengthened
Moneyboxx’s robust, cost-efficient credit risk framework and operational
excellence.
Prior to this, he spent more than 14 years at Tata Capital as National Credit Manager for Emerging Business and Digital Lending, where he built high-quality portfolios across supply chain finance, equipment finance, and mid-market segments. His expertise spans strategic credit underwriting, dynamic risk assessment, portfolio management, and digital transformation in the retail and MSME sectors.

General Manoj Mukund Naravane (Retd)
Gen (Dr) Manoj Mukund Naravane (Retd), born April 22, 1960, is a retired Indian Army
officer with over four decades of service, serving as the 28th Chief of Army Staff (COAS) from 2019 to 2022, and temporarily as Chairman of the Chiefs of Staff Committee. A Sikh Light Infantry veteran (commissioned 1980), he commanded key formations including Kharga Strike Corps, Eastern Command, Army Training Command, Delhi Area,
and operations on Western, Northeastern, and Northern borders, plus counter-insurgency in Jammu & Kashmir, Northeast India, and IPKF in Sri Lanka. He has been honoured with prestigious awards such as the Param Vishisht Seva Medal, Ati Vishisht Seva Medal, SM, and VSM.
He drove 'Make in India' projects worth over ₹11,000 crore, inducted female cadets into
NDA for gender equality, and led assertive LAC postures against PLA, securing territorial
integrity amid tensions. As Army War College faculty, he earned an M.Phil, mentored
officers, served as Defence Adviser in Myanmar, and headed delegations to 12+
countries, excelling in defence diplomacy and negotiations.
Post-retirement, Naravane founded Amalisha Management and Consultancy Services
